What Is Your Why?

What is your why and reasons for being a work at home mom,  having a home based business, being a network marketer, entrepreneur, etc. etc. etc...

On a recent conference call with my Get Weekly Paychecks and Motor Club of America family we were asked,
"What is your why?"
"Why did you join GWP and MCA?"
"Why were you looking for a work at home job?"
"Why do you want to work online?"
"What was your reason for making that decision?"
The first thing that came to my mind was to make money of course!
It was about half a second later that this very thought was verbalized by the person directing the conference call and I was informed that this answer was not good enough.
I realize now that my whys and reasons have to be greater than that, so I thought hard about my why's and reasons and proceeded to write them down and visualize them.
See without strong whys and reasons the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow doesn't have as much gold in it as we want it to. We need to have powerful whys and reasons in order to be successful.
My Whys:
I want FREEDOM, from a cubicle, from a boss, a schedule, a dress code, a pay rate, a commute.
I want TIME, for myself, for my kids, for my boyfriend and family.
I want SUCCESS, not for someone else through my efforts (a boss) but for myself. I want to be able to say, "I did this on my own, my success was not determined by someone else."

This is why I work at home.

My reasons:
There are 3 reasons actually, their names are Ashlynn, Emily, and Mia.
Yes I was blessed with three beautiful daughters. I have no choice but to succeed. These three little girls are depending on me to be successful. When I get discouraged or distracted I have to stop and think about what happens if I give up or don't put my all into my career. I'm not the only one who loses. As the person who determines my own success I would have no one else to blame but myself. I want to be a model of success for my children so that they have a strong foundation for when it comes time to take their personal success into their own hands.
There you have it, my whys and reasons for never giving up and never being able to give in to the pressures of our online world.
