Best Work At Home Jobs MCA Motor Club of America

We all know that the economy stinks right now and yes it will get better but it is going to take a long time to recover. People are still losing their jobs or having a very hard time finding new jobs and when they do they are getting paid very little for their hard work. This is the best time to go into business for yourself! www.realwebcapital.com

Most people looking to go into business for themselves are under the impression it takes a lot of money to do so. This is just not the case. If you are going to start a construction business or a restaurant business then yes, you will need significant capital to go into business for yourself. I have found there are ways you can make money independently without the big initial investment. Working online as a referral or sales agent can be extremely lucrative! It takes a very small amount of money to do this, usually less than $50. If big business is what you're looking for then you could use this as an avenue to build capital to start your business. All your work can be done online, at home, and if you are focused and motivated then you can literally make an unlimited income right from your home computer or laptop. www.realwebcapital.com

There are hundreds of work at home programs to choose from anything from Makeup, Body wraps, Trial offers, Motor Clubs, Vitamins, Clothing, pretty much anything that can be sold can be done as a work at home business. I am going to make this very simple though. Most people aren't born to be sales people. I personally hate doing sales. This is why the internet is so great for this type of business. You never have to talk to anyone if you don't want to. You can simply post ads on the internet, most of them are free, and the sales come right to you!
You can learn to do anything on the internet even if you've never done it before. There are websites like ask.com and youtube.com that will teach you almost anything. Don't know how to post an ad to craigslist.com? There are hundreds of videos that will show you how. Don't know how to write a blog article? There are thousands of videos and websites that will show you how! You can learn anything on the internet! www.realwebcapital.com

So why not go into business for yourself now? It's cheap, you can do it at home, there are hundreds of programs out there to choose from, and if you don't know how to do it the internet will teach you how!

5 Ways For Stay At Home Moms to Keep From Getting Bored

5 Ways For Stay At Home Moms to Keep From Getting Bored

As a stay at home I found myself getting bored on a daily basis. www.realwebincome.com

I would wake up and not know what I was gong to do that day so I would peel the covers off of me, make me and my daughter breakfast then watch some TV and play on Facebook then watch some more TV for most of the day, Exciting I know! I finally got bored of being bored and changed some things. I have listed 5 of the changes I made to help put some life back into my life.

#1 Start a Routine.
When I would get up in the morning I had no idea what I was going to do with my time during the day so I started planning my day everyday! Each night before bed I would write out what I wanted to get accomplished the next day and how much time I allowed myself for each of those tasks. Example: Breakfast 8am to 8:30am House Cleaning 8:30am to 10am and on and on. If something comes up and interrupts your daily scheduled events it's OK! Life will go on. Just get back on track as quickly as possible.

#2 Find a Hobby
Your hobby can literally be anything! My sister was bored so she joined a Roller Derby league. Clothes-lining tattooed girls not your thing? There are so many things to do out there. My hobby is fishing. I make time in my daily routine to take my daughter fishing a few times a week. It gets me out of the house and I get to spend time with my daughter at the same time. There's crafting, sewing, fishing, model making, find out what you like to do and make some time for it.

#3 Join a Sports Team
This is a perfect way to cure any stay at home mom boredom. You can find sports teams by getting in contact with your city or county offices. Co-ed sports teams always are in need of women players. It gets you out of the house and gets you moving. It also helps with your social life. I play softball for a local bar here in Reno and these people have become a second family to me. There are lots of different teams you can join; Softball, soccer, darts, pool, kickball, doge-ball, tennis....yes I said dodge-ball haha.

#4 Try writing
If someone had suggested this to me 6 months ago as a form of getting out of boredom, I would have laughed at them but once I tried it a couple of times I actually enjoyed it. You don't have to write a novel or anything like that, unless you want to. I just write short articles like this one and post them to article websites and my blog. It requires you to exercise your brain a little and keeps your attention for an hour or so. You can literally write about anything, your memoirs, how-to articles, motivational, advice columns and on and on. Just pick up a pencil or keyboard, think of a topic, pick out 5 or 6 subjects to discuss on the topic and write 5 or 6 sentences for each of the subjects, it's that easy.

#5 Try a Work at Home Job
There are hundreds of ways to do this. You can do direct sales like makeup or candle parties, you would initially try to sell to family and friends then build referrals from there, this does require you to be away from the home though and often times you would need to find someone to look after your child. There is another alternative though. You could find a work at home job on the computer. I know what you're thinking...SCAM! But wait. There are actually work at home jobs out there where you can make good money at home. I actually found one and that's why I get to be a stay at home mom. It is completely legitimate, I work for a real brick and mortar company that pays very well on a weekly basis. If you are interested in starting a work at home career I invite you to visit my website here. Just enter your info in the box and watch the video about what it is we do! www.realwebcapital.com

Questions to Ask Yourself
when Considering Multi-Level Marketing

Multi-level marketing is very attractive because it offers wealth and independence for a relatively small up front cost. The product or service is usually new, a revolutionary medical break through, offered no where else, etc. Multi-level marketing is a way to sell goods or services through distributors. These plans usually promise that if you sign up to be a distributor, you will receive commissions - not only on your sales of the plan's goods or services, but also on the sales of the distributors you recruit.
It is very easy to become a distributor. You don't even have to have a lot of knowledge about the product or service being sold. Most distributors hear about the product through "Opportunity Meetings", from friends, or through "Business Opportunity Shows". Many people initially join in order to purchase their own supply of the product at a discount.
There is a simple question to ask the promoter when considering a MLM distributorship. Can I make money by just selling the product? The promoter may say that the real money is in sponsoring new distributors. That's OK as long as you can still make money without sponsoring others. If it looks like the only way to make money is to sponsor others, walk away.
Take a close look at the product. Is the product unique? Can people purchase the product or something similar in local stores or at a cheaper price? Can the claims be substantiated? How many real customers are available to you (friends, family, size of community)? Do you believe in the product with a passion? Would you be willing to pay the retail price even if there were no business opportunity involved?

Take a close look at the company in general. Have your accountant or attorney obtain such things as a Dun & Bradstreet report and a credit history. Do a litigation search. Check the local and home city and state Better Business Bureau and the attorney general's office in both the local and home state. Check them out with any Multi-level Marketing or Direct Marketing Organizations.

Take a close look at yourself. Hype and glowing reports aside, are you a salesman? No product sells itself, no matter how great it may be. Is it something that your customers (i.e., friends, family, co-workers which is where you will begin) will want and can they afford it? Are you the first person in your area to be offered the distributorship, or are you well down the line? Are you basing your decision on common sense and research or on hype and glossy brochures?
Finally, as in any new business, more people fail than succeed. Can you afford to lose the money you are thinking of investing?

Multi-Level Marketing Tips

  • Avoid any plan that offers commissions for recruiting additional distributors.
  • Beware of plans that ask distributors to spend money on high-priced inventory.
  • Be cautious of plans that claim you'll make money through continued growth of your "downline" instead of through sales you make yourself.
  • Beware of plans that promise enormous earnings or claim to sell miracle products. Ask the promoter to back up the claims with hard evidence.
  • Beware of shills - decoy references that promoters pay to describe fictional success in earning money through the plan.
  • Don't pay or sign any contracts in an "opportunity meeting" or any other high-pressure situation. Take your time to think over a decision to join. Talk it over with your spouse, an accountant, or a lawyer, or a knowledgeable friend who isn't involved in the business.

Do your homework! Check it out!

7 Tips for Network Marketing Success

A direct-selling expert shares what it takes to start out and make it in this industry.

You probably have an image firmly planted in your mind of what network marketing (also known as direct sales or multilevel marketing) is all about--housewives buying and selling Tupperware while gossiping and eating finger sandwiches, or a high-pressure salesperson trying to convince you how easily you can become a millionaire if only you and your friends and their friends and so on would buy and sell vitamins with him.
Both of these images couldn't be further from the reality of network marketing. It's neither a hobby nor a get-rich-scheme but an opportunity for you to earn money running your own part- or full-time business.
But what does it take to succeed in this industry? Vincent J. Kellsey, director of member services for the Direct Selling Women's Alliance, an organization that provides a variety of resources to women and men in the direct-selling industry, offers these tips for making it:
Choose wisely. There are six key elements you should be looking for [when selecting an opportunity]. Number one: stability. How old is the company? Number two is excellent products or services that consumers will use and need more of.
Number three is the pay plan--how even and fair and generous overall is the distribution? This is really crucial as the pay plan represents exactly how you'll get paid--or not get paid. There are really only two questions to ask [regarding this]: How many pennies out of each sales dollar get paid back to the distributors each month, and how fair is the distribution of these pennies between the old members and the new members?
Number four is the integrity of the company and the management. As much as possible, [investigate] the experience of the CEO, [their] experience in the network marketing industry, and their background. [Have] they been successful in other companies in the industry? Do they have a good reputation?
Number five is momentum and timing. Look at where the company's at, what's going on with the company, and if it's growing.
Number six is support, training and business systems. You may have [chosen] a great company with excellent management, products that make a difference, a pay plan that's uniquely fair and very generous, and momentum and stability, but if you don't have a system in place that works, all of that [doesn't matter]. Most companies will have a transferable training system that they use, and that's where mentorship comes in.
Practice what they teach. [To succeed,] you need to be willing to listen and learn from mentors. The way this industry is structured, it's in the best interests of the [MLM veterans in your company] to help you succeed, so they're willing to teach you the system. Whatever [your mentor] did to become successful, it's very duplicatible, but you have to be willing to listen and be taught and follow those systems.
The higher-ups. It can be called various things, but the general term is the "upline," meaning the people above you. How supportive are they? Do they call you? Do they help you put a plan in place? Are they as committed to your success as they are to their own? You should be able to relate to [the people in your upline] and be able to call them at any time to say "I need some help." How much support there is from the people above you in the company is very important.
Take up the lead with your downline. There's a term in the network marketing industry called "orphans"--when somebody is brought in and then the person who brought them in is just so busy bringing in other people that they don't spend the time to teach and train [the new person]. You should be prepared to spend at least 30 days helping a new person come into the industry--training them, supporting them and holding their hand until they feel confident to be able to go off on their own. You really need to ask yourself, are you willing to do that? Are you able to do that? This is really about long-term relationship building. It's not about just bringing people into the business and just moving forward. It's about working with these people and helping them to develop relationships.
On the net. People are utilizing [the internet] as their main marketing tool. [You can set up your site] with autoresponders so when you capture leads, the autoresponder can follow up with that person. One of the greatest keys to success in this industry is follow-up. Many people will have someone call them who's interested or they'll call the person and say they're interested, but then they don't follow up with it. Automation on the internet has allowed a much more consistent method of following up.
The only drawback with the internet is people who utilize it to spam. If there was one thing I could put forward to say, "Do not do" when utilizing the internet as a marketing tool, it's spamming because that can give a very bad reputation not only to you but also to the company you're working with.
Taking care of business. This is a business, and just like if you were running a franchise or a storefront, you [should have an] accountant. You have all the same write-offs tax-wise that you have with running a [full-time] business, so it's very important to [do your research] prior to getting involved, before you start making money from it. How is that going to affect you tax-wise? What are your write-offs?
It's important to set up a [support] team around you. I'd suggest seeking out lawyers who deal in network marketing, so they're very versed in all the laws and how that affects [your business.]. There are also accountants who specialize in dealing with homebased businesses specifically in the direct-selling industry.
Don't quit your day job...yet. Never leave your full-time position unless you're absolutely certain that the income that's coming in with this company is going to be there. [Be sure that] you've been with the company [for awhile] and that you know it's a stable company, and the income that you're earning is equal to or greater than the income you're earning from your job before quitting.
